This pre-payment is required to hold your slot and will be applied towards the shoot price (it is not an additional fee). You may reschedule once if necessary by emailing us at least 24 hours in advance, and if a complete cancellation is needed, please try to let us know at least 72 hours in advance so we can open the slot to someone else (see complete reschedule/cancellation policies here). We understand that emergencies happen, however, and want to help as best we can.
