The Professional Headshot is taken on a flat studio backdrop – either at our studio or virtually. Images are sent to you same-day in high resolution and without watermarks, and we guarantee to meet your deadline and specifications.
We promise you'll have a positive, painless experience and walk away with a set of photos you love (or your money back).

THE SIMPLE 6-STEP PROCESS
Here's a breakdown of how The Professional Headshot works:
- Choose how many outfits/looks you need: To start, you'll need to pick a package. Scroll up on this page to see our options, and if you have questions don't hesitate to email us.
- Scheduling & payment: Once you've made a decision, you can visit our online scheduling system to pick a shoot date & time. After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to place the $149 booking deposit, which is required to secure a photographer and hold your spot.
- Prepare for your shoot: Think about clothing and anything else you might want to bring with you to the studio. Here's our free Shoot Prep Guide to make it easy.
- Note: For Virtual Headshots, a separate prep guide will be sent that outlines a few additional steps you'll need to take to make sure you're ready for remote headshots.
- The shoot itself: Don't worry – if you don't have much experience on camera, we'll guide you through and explain everything in an easy-to-understand way.
- Retouching is included: After the shoot is complete, we'll send you all your high-res, color-corrected, ready-to-use images by no later than 7pm the day of your shoot. You'll then choose your favorite shot(s) for post-processing, where we'll fix blemishes, whiten teeth, lighten up under-eye circles, etc. Retouching takes 2-3 business days, but we also offer a "rush" option. You'll receive all your images in high-res with full usage rights.
