THE SIMPLE 6-STEP PROCESS
Here's a breakdown of how The Classic Headshot works:
- Choose how many outfits/looks you need: To start, you'll need to pick a package. Scroll down further on this page to see our options for The Classic Headshot, and if you have questions, don't hesitate to email us.
- Scheduling & payment: Once you've made a decision, you can visit our online scheduling system to pick a shoot date & time. After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to place the $149 booking deposit, which is required to secure a photographer and hold your spot.
- Prepare for your shoot: As the shoot date approaches, you should think about clothing and anything else you might want to bring with you to the studio. Here's our free Shoot Prep Guide to make it easy.
- Note: For Virtual Headshots, a separate prep guide will be sent that outlines a few additional steps you'll need to take to make sure you're ready for remote headshots.
- The shoot itself: Time for the big day! We'll first discuss your goals for the photo, including where it will be used and any specifications you might have. Then we'll guide you through the shoot step-by-step. Don't worry – if you don't have much experience on camera, we'll explain everything in an easy-to-understand way.
- Retouching is included: We believe in delivering nothing but the best. For that reason, we include professional retouching with every package. After the shoot is complete, we'll send you all your high-res, color-corrected, ready-to-use images by no later than 7pm the day of your shoot. You'll then choose your favorite shot(s) for post-processing, where we'll fix blemishes, whiten teeth, lighten up under-eye circles, etc.
- You're all done! Retouching takes 2-3 business days, but we also offer a "rush" option. Your retouched photo(s) will be ready to use in high resolution, and we can format them into any specifications you need for no extra charge. You'll get to keep all your originals (the full batch of photos from your shoot) too.

And if we can't make it right? We'll offer you a free reshoot or 100% refund, your choice.
