All actors experience some nervousness right before an audition. It's part of who we are. Although many actors try to hide their nervousness, this can actually inhibit them. Rather than hiding it, they should embrace it and as a result their performance will come across more natural and more sincere. So don't deny your nervousness, acknowledge it right up to the moment you're called into the audition room. What's great about this is, your focus will shift to the history of your character, their situation and then you will begin to speak as if you are that person. Thus, nerves can bring truth to the character and, if done right, can make your performance real and more commanding.
Here's an idea, before your next audition, keep in mind that while you are waiting to be called in, do your scene aloud over and over until it becomes natural and filled with real energetic emotion (no need to worry or be shy because everyone does it) and when its your turn to go in, you can use this energy you built up to boost your performance as if it is the first time speaking your lines making them real and genuine with emotion.
So I say welcome those nerves and use them to your advantage!
