- We come to you or send staff to us – Whether it’s an on-site shoot or individual sessions at our studios, we’ll keep every photo consistent. Need to send new hires regularly? We can set up an account for you with fixed pricing and monthly invoicing.
- Easy scheduling for large teams – Our streamlined online system makes it simple to schedule everyone. We’ll also send clear prep instructions and wardrobe tips to all participants.
- Fast turnaround times – For group sessions, proofs are delivered within 48 hours. Retouching is completed in 3–5 days and can be expedited if needed. For individuals at our studio, images are delivered same-day and retouching within 2-3 days.
- Full usage rights included – You’re free to use all delivered images wherever you need (web, press, LinkedIn, internal systems, etc.).

How long until we get the final images?
For in-office sessions and group shoots, the image gallery will be sent as high-res JPEGs via a download link within 48 hours of the shoot. For individuals booking with us at our studio, images are sent by no later than 8pm same-day. Retouching usually takes 3-5 business for groups and 2-3 business days for individuals. If you need something right away, just let us know and we'll do our best to make it happen.
What is a CORPCODE and how do I use it?
CORPCODES are 4 digit codes we give to companies who set up accounts with us for employee shoots. We'll lock your company in for a discounted rate for all future individuals who book with us, and make sure to match specs exactly, along with CC'ing a particular contact person from your company whenever images are sent out.
To receive a discounted CORPCODE rate, please email us at [email protected] and we'll set up your company.
If you already have a CORPCODE, click here to go to our CORPCODE shoot scheduler. Just choose one of the CORPCODE package options, and then include your code formatted as CORPCODEXXXX (replacing the X's with your code) in the "Any CODE?" section.
Do I need to arrive early if I booked makeup with my shoot?
No need! We have built in the extra time to the shoot length itself. Please arrive no more than 5-7 minutes before your scheduled shoot start time (we have numerous appointments throughout the day and it's hard to take people before or after their scheduled times).
Can you shoot anywhere across the USA?
We absolutely can (we've traveled as far as Florida and Chicago for some office sessions), but you'll need to email us at [email protected] so we can coordinate and let you know the total rate. Booking with our online scheduling software only allows enough time for shoots done at or near our primary NYC & NJ studios.
What format are the images shot in?
Images are shot digital, RAW, and in color (if you need, we can convert a photo to black and white for no additional charge). We convert them and send them to you in high-res JPEGs. We will send you the photos via an online, private download link.
How does payment work?
We take credit cards, ACH, check, or cash. A 25% deposit is due to book an on-location shoot, and an invoice will be sent for the balance. For individuals coming to our studio with a CORPCODE, no deposit is necessary - we simply send out invoices every few weeks for all shoots that were done.
