Payment to Secure Your Shoot Date

After you schedule a shoot, the next step will be to place the $149 (or $125 if you're doing a Virtual Headshot) initial payment, which will reserve your time. This payment ensures our team members are paid for their time, even if a client doesn't show up or reschedules last-minute.

Note: For Denver-based shoots, the deposit is 1/3 of the shoot total.

This payment will be applied towards your shoot balance (it's not an additional fee), and you may reschedule if necessary by emailing us at least 24 hours in advance.

If you are booking a shoot with a makeup artist, please note that the makeup fee ($100 for men, $150 for women) is also required in advance.

​If a complete cancellation is needed, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We understand that emergencies happen, however, and will help as best we can.
