CORPORATE & GROUP SHOOTS INFO:
- Need to send individuals to our studio? Many companies send new hires to us for matching shots (some even do Virtual Headshots). We can set up an account for you and confirm a fixed rate. All sessions will match your specs perfectly. Invoices are typically sent monthly. Email us and we'll help you set up a free account.
- Insurance: We provide certificates of insurance for no additional charge if your building requires them. Just let us know at least 3 business days before the shoot.
- Easy scheduling: We streamline the process of scheduling many people with our online scheduling system. We'll also send out information on what to wear and how to prep for everyone getting photos done.
- Full usage rights: After the shoot you'll have full usage rights to all the images, meaning you can use them in any manner or post them publicly anywhere you need.
- Perfectly matching specs: If you need to match a certain style, it's usually no problem. Just let us know and we'll take a look to confirm whether it's doable beforehand. Once we confirm, the photos will be guaranteed to match exactly.
- Image formatting: You'll receive high-resolution finalized images that can be converted into any size or format you need for no extra charge.
- Data security & backup: We retain your images for two years in a secure backup server. If you need access to your photos during that time frame for any reason, just let us know and we can resend the link.
- Quick turnaround:
- Groups & In-Office Sessions: You'll receive proofs within 48 hours of the shoot (this can be expedited if necessary), and retouch requests are typically completed within 3-5 days (these can also be expedited if needed).
- Individual Sessions at Our Studio: You'll receive proofs same-day, and retouch requests are typically completed within 2-3 days (these can be expedited if needed).
